Order Processing

All Aura District NYC products are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.

During holidays, new product launches, or periods of high demand, processing times may be longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery after production:

• United States: 3–7 business days
• Canada: 5–10 business days
• International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected shipping method.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages if they are produced or shipped from different fulfillment locations.

Delays

Aura District NYC is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Carrier service interruptions
• Severe weather
• Customs processing
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
• Other circumstances outside our control

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before they can be resent.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist with filing a claim or finding a resolution.
